You can securely add your payment information on our trusted partner Razorpay’s secure platform. Razorpay handles our payment processing.

Razorpay is the payment gateway PowerVault uses to store all payment information and process all the transactions and refunds on the platform.

For 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month term, the Renter is charged at the time of requesting for a reservation. If the host accepts your request, you can start utilising the space. If the host rejects your request, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically within a few days.

For Monthly Payment, the Renter’s card is pre-authorized with the booking amount for the first month. If the host accepts the reservation request, the amount is deducted from the card and you can then start utilising the space. If the host declines the request, the subscription is automatically cancelled without any charges.

It is the responsibility of the renter to cancel the reservation online after the renter has removed all of their items from the space. After cancelling the reservation online, the automatic payments will stop. Make sure to cancel before next month’s renewal date to avoid being charged for another rental period!

Check out our Cancellation & Refund policy to make sure you are eligible for a refund. Most of our eligible refunds happen automatically, so there is no need to reach out.
