How to create your account:

  1. Get started at PeerVault.in
  2. Click “Log in” at the top right 
  3. Click on “Register”
  4. Fill in your information  
  5. Read our Terms of Service and check the box to agree!
  6. Click “Create account”

If you can’t remember your PeerVault account password or your password is not being accepted, try resetting your password with the instructions below.

On the website or a mobile browser:

  1. Visit the Reset Password page
  2. Enter the email address of your PeerVault account
  3. Click “Send Email”
  4. You will be emailed a link to reset your password if a PeerVault account exists with that email

On the iOS or Android mobile app:

  1. Launch the PeerVault app
  2. At the bottom, click “Log into an existing account”
  3. Click “Sign in with email”
  4. Under “Sign In”, click “Forgot Password?”
  5. Enter in the email address you use for PeerVault
  6. Click “Send email”
  7. You will be emailed a link to reset your PeerVault password

Note: If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still did not receive the email, there may not be an account registered with that email address.

To become a host and publish a listing on the PeerVault platform or to rent a space from a verified host, you’ll need to verify your photo ID! This verification check is in place to keep our community safe and secure. Before using  the PeerVault platform.

How to Get started with ID Verification:

  1. When registering on PeerVault Keep your government issued photo ID ready. You can use a driver’s licence, passport, or state/country identification card.
  2. Make sure you have access to a webcam, like the one on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
  3. Capture your selfie in a well lit environment and click next.
  4. Now upload the frontside and backside image of your government issued photo ID and click “Submit”
  5. Your account will be reviewed and approved by the PeerVault team.
