The first step in creating a great PeerVault account is to set up your profile! After requesting a reservation, potential hosts can check out your profile to get to know you. Make sure to add a great profile picture and bio.
After creating your account, insert a city, town, or address into the search bar on the PeerVault homepage. Scroll through our map to find the right space and price for you!
Once you select a listing you’re interested in, click “Reserve the space” to start the process. You’ll fill in when and what you want to store, and add your payment method.
On the PeerVault homepage, click “Add Your Space” at the top right to get started! You will insert information about your space, add pictures, and more! After you submit your listing, there will be a quick review process by our team and then it will go live!
You can securely add your payment information on our trusted partner Razorpay’s secure platform. Razorpay handles our payments and refunds processing.
For your safety, avoid sharing personal information or your address with other users. Always communicate through the PeerVault platform for secure messaging.
Remember, all payments must be made through PeerVault. This keeps your transactions secure and simplifies the process for everyone involved.
Check out our Cancellation & Refund policy to make sure you are eligible for a refund. Most of our eligible refunds happen automatically, so there is no need to reach out.
For the safety and protection of our hosts, PeerVault does not allow renters to live or work inside storage spaces. Listings on our platform are solely meant for storing items. Allowing a renter to live or work inside a storage space voids important protections like the Host Guarantee or Payout Protection, and is against our Terms of Service.
